　　　総代理としてのセールスプロデュース業務を行います。

　2009年12月14日｜ 第三者割当増資の払込完了及び主要株主である筆頭株主の異動に関するお知らせ

　　　当社は、第三者割当増資による新株式発行の払い込みが完了し、これによって唐駿氏が筆頭株主となりました。

　　　当社は、中国市場において現代中国最高経営者10傑に選ばれた実績を持つ、経営者として多大なる功績と実績がある唐駿氏とパートナーシップを締結し、
　　　唐駿氏と今後日本国内及び中国国内にて共同で事業推進を行うことを明確にするため、第三者割当による新株式の発行を行いました。
　　　また、唐駿氏が日本国内企業への経営支援（ＩＴ・情報事業をはじめとする事業支援・投資・中国企業とのアライアンス等）を行うための
　　　日本での総合窓口を当社が行います。
　　　将来的には当社のセールスプロデュース事業を中国市場で展開するための技術及び戦略、人脈やネットワークを唐駿氏に支援頂くことにより、
　　　当社セールスプロデュース事業の中国市場進出を見込んでおります。

NowLoading Co., Ltd.（NowLoading）subscribed to a new share issuance through a third-party allocation by Tang Jun, company CEO and president of New Huadu Industrial Group. Tang Jun has become a new major shareholder.

As with the third-party allocation of new shares, the purpose of this capital increase is to cooperate on business in Japan and China and enhance the partnership with NowLoading and Tang Jun. Tang Jun is well known as an excellent CEO and the best professional manager in China and was voted one of the top 10 successful managers in China.

NowLoading conducts management support in Japan for Tang Jun, including research and development of IT and Information business, investment, and alliance with Chinese enterprises.

In the future, it is intended for NowLoading to establish and develop our sales producing services in the Chinese market accompanied with Tang Jun’s support: business strategy, human resources, and network.
